Customize levels automation for various forms of writing
Since the launch of ChatGPT in November 2022, followed shortly thereafter by Claude, Gemini, Grok and other large language models (LLMs), we’ve fielded many questions about automated blogging and/or social media.
The more useful question in 2027 is no longer whether AI should be used. It is where automation belongs in the editorial process.
AI can significantly reduce production time. At TNKR Media, the objective is to balance that efficiency with accuracy, originality and the integrity of a leader’s voice.
Generally speaking, the information used by TNKR to produce editorial media comes directly from leaders and their trusted experts. We do not artificially manufacture expertise or present AI-generated opinions as the views of a client.
AI is used at other stages of the production process, including research, transcription, organization, translation, editing and adaptation.
For selected assignments where efficiency or volume is the priority, clients can choose greater automation. Those materials still pass through a human editorial process before delivery.
The appropriate level of automation depends on the assignment and the client’s preferences. Our three-mode system makes that decision explicit rather than applying the same AI workflow to every piece of content.
Here is the workflow for our three working AI modes:
1. Standard — Human First, AI Supported
Our preferred hybrid model in use since 2022. The leader or spokesperson is normally a primary source through Content Capture: a guided interview designed to efficiently extract expertise, arguments and useful examples. AI supports research, organization, transcription and editorial review.
All services are available in Standard mode.

2. Creative — 100% Human, AI Reviewed
Our traditional editorial model. Research, interviews and drafting are completed by producers or consultants, followed by editorial and strategic review. AI may be used for quality control but does not generate any part of the working draft.
Creative mode is appropriate for sensitive commentary, first-person pieces like reflections or speeches, and any assignment where original phrasing and editorial judgment carry unusual importance.
All writing services are available in Creative mode.

3. Accelerate — AI First, Human Supported
Our fastest system. AI assists substantially with drafting while producers or consultants provide source material, context, prompting, framing and editorial control. Every assignment is subsequently reviewed by TNKR experts and the client.
Accelerate is best suited to higher-volume or more structured, bulk material where consistency and efficiency matter more than a highly individual editorial voice.
Typical applications include consumer blogging, microblogging, social media options, translation and adaptation, technical writing and web-resource text.

AI capabilities will continue to change, and so will our processes.
The principle that remains constant is Human in the Loop (HITL): no TNKR editorial product is delivered without human review and accountability.
Automation can change how efficiently a piece is produced. It does not change who is responsible for the finished work.
